We are an editorial and research hub in the heart of Monte Soratte. Uova Naturali is an independent divulgation project: we combine technical expertise, zootechnical passion, and the desire to share rigorous and verified information on the poultry sector.
Research and food awareness
Our mission is to spread awareness about the richness of the rural world. We distance ourselves from industrial logic to focus on a concrete and vital goal for us: the enhancement of biodiversity and the practical development of zero-mile, cruelty-free, and completely natural alternatives.
This commitment stems from a real, daily need: to ensure a healthy, safe, and traceable diet, paying special attention to the development of natural protein solutions for the nutrition of our dogs (Pomeranians). We carry forward our work of study and divulgation based on three pillars:
Rural Biodiversity
We study and promote the protection of genetic heritage and rustic poultry breeds, essential for a healthy agricultural ecosystem and for sustainable and respectful farming.
Natural Nutrition
Research and development of short supply chain (zero-mile) food alternatives, safe and with high biological value, ideal both for conscious consumption and for integration into the diet of Pomeranians.
Cruelty-Free Ethics
We reject all forms of intensive exploitation. We inform and raise awareness towards zootechnical practices that place the animal's welfare and natural biological rhythms at the absolute center.

Editorial content is strictly curated by Bianca Madalina Crismaru and Federico Fantacone. Our story begins with a radical life choice: to move away from urban frenzy to accommodate the slow rhythms of nature and dedicate ourselves to ethical zootechny.
The hills of Monte Soratte were the perfect refuge for our first great vocation: the ethical and high-pedigree breeding of the Pomeranian. Growing and living every day in contact with our dogs, a strong need emerged to break away from the pet food industry to offer them healthy, traced, and unprocessed food alternatives.
The study and in-depth analysis of the poultry sector were the natural and necessary step to develop zero-mile, cruelty-free, and natural alternatives for their diet. Today, this direct field experience translates into a technical and independent information hub, aimed at helping consumers access verified and objective information.

Our Natural Observatory
Our editorial and research hub is located in Sant'Oreste (Rome), immersed in an environment that allows us to study the richness of the rural ecosystem firsthand, far from smog and industrial rhythms.
Our operational headquarters sit precisely on a precious ecological corridor between two natural pearls of Lazio, ensuring an exceptional terroir for our daily studies and observations:
- The Monte Soratte Nature Reserve: a pristine limestone island overlooking the Tiber valley.
- The Nazzano Tevere-Farfa Nature Reserve: a vital area for the territory that guarantees extraordinary biodiversity.
